How do I get started as a HERO driver?

Download the HERO Driver app, sign up with your email, complete your profile including vehicle details, then get verified through Global Data Fusion background check. Once approved by HERO admin, you can start accepting deliveries.

How do I accept delivery requests?

On the Available Deliveries tab, you'll see nearby delivery requests. Tap any order to view details including pickup location, drop-off area, pay, and tip. Tap Accept to claim the delivery.

How do I get paid?

Tips are paid immediately after the customer confirms delivery. Delivery fees (75% after 25% platform fee) are paid weekly via Stripe Connect direct deposit to your bank account.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Profile tab and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account to permanently remove your account and all personal data.
